Nous recherchons pour un laboratoire pharmaceutique à forte dimension internationale, un Senior Payroll Specialist ou Payroll Supervisor, rattaché(e) aux HR Operations / Global Payroll CoE.
Ce poste est basé à Boulogne-Billancourt, et à pourvoir en CDI immédiatement.


• Provide Analysis and expertise for specific Medtronic country, regional and global payroll projects and engage with HR Systems group to co-ordinate technical activities related to integrations
• To provide support to the CoPs and participate in the Regional Payroll Communities of practice in EMEA, Americas, AsiaPac and Greater China as required.
• Assist with discussions and decisions for the harmonization of country payroll providers and provide support for acquisitions.
• Provide project support and coordination of payroll providers for regular service reviews and support management of ongoing process improvement activities
• Provide expertise and guidance for controls as well as SOX/SoD support for the organization
• Support business process improvements that positively impact the quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Global Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Operations
• Working closely with AskHR to identify future support model and tier’d support layers. Assist in design of reporting requirements for Medtronic management and vendor feedback
• Assist in the design, creation and operations of the future delivery of HR/Payroll services
• Engage in payroll user groups, brainstorms, and customer forums to drive solutions and network with other technical/functional payroll professionals.
• Identify gaps in the current payroll support model vs AskHR service catalog
• Help to bring together groups to support activity related to project work needed to drive strategy
• Define payroll delivery and service needed for Payroll Shared services. Assistance in payroll delivery as required during future state implementation


• BA/BS degree.

• 5+ years of payroll experience, audit and HR Systems, preferable ERP
• 3+ years leading teams and/or projects
• Workday experience
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience supporting a Global company or Global HCM system

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and strategic thinking
